Educational/ Professional Qualification• Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC
• Candidates having a Master's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or relevant certification(s) will be preferred
Experience• Minimum 03 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which at least 01 year in support & operations for IT applications and / or Core Banking Applications and / or SAP financial applications, preferably in banks
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required• Expertise in providing 1st level technical and operational support of IT application(s) at multiple platforms to end-users
• Expertise in analyzing issues of EOD / Batch Processes / File uploading etc. and other IT-operational activities
• Ability to understand and write SQL scripts for data extractions and updation Basic knowledge of Core Banking Applications
Good knowledge of Excel formulas and data preparation / consolidation
• Good analytical skills to identify the root cause of business application issues
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work closely with the team and other relevant teams
Outline of
Main Duties/ Responsibilities
• To provide smooth operational support and associated operational tasks, including execution of Core Banking Application(s) functions in compliance with the IT- operations SOPs
• To coordinate with all stakeholders in pre & post processes of application implementations
• To troubleshoot in liaison with internal and external stakeholders for applications related operational / technical issues
• To maintain and provide regular updates on all issues / incidents along with their resolutions, ensure investigations and resolution of incidents efficiently
• To participate proactively with teammates for collecting the data, configuring, and posting through batch or as per requirement
• To provide support in making user manuals, SOPs routine processes in practice for daily and periodic operations under the department's scope
• To liaise with relevant stakeholders for specific project(s) related coordination from IT-operations function perspective as guided by supervisor(s)
• To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
