| Educational/ Professional Qualification | • Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC • Candidates having a Master's degree in IT/Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent and / or relevant certification(s) will be preferred |
| Experience | • Minimum 03 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which at least 01 year of experience in Application ID Management and / or User Management of Core Banking Applications/systems, preferably in bank(s) |
| Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required | • Good understanding of users' roles and IDs relationships, particularly of branch and back-office access rights • Sound knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in MS Office suite (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint) |
| Outline of Main Duties/ Responsibilities | • To ensure timely creation, updating and disabling of user IDs, as per IT Security policies of the Bank, implementation of new security policies, and ensuring its compliance • To maintain the record keeping of all requests and tasks being performed • To coordinate with users to provide them with required access management support • To ensure the learning and training of new joiners on user management of different applications • To prepare various types of MIS(s) as required • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s) |
